What is Pramipexole?
Pramipexole is a research liquid that works as a non-ergoline dopamine agonist. Recently, there has been some question regarding what potential this research liquid has. What is Dopamine?
Dopamine is a naturally occurring chemical that sends signals in the brain. Functioning as a neurotransmitter it is responsible for passing information from one neuron to another one, traveling through synapse. What does Pramipexole do?
Through a number of scientific studies using animal test subjects, Pramipexole has been found to work by binding to cellular receptors, which in turn signals a response from the cell. This response is activating a release of dopamine from the cell of the animal test subjects. Basically, Pramipexole can tell a cell to increase the release of dopamine, in varying levels. Testes done on animal test subjects have shown Pramipexole has the ability to help regulate and control motor functions.
These studies on animal test subjects have discovered that Pramipexole’s ability to increase the release of dopamine secreted, can help compensate for a lack of dopamine produced, often as a result of the dead cells used to generate dopamine.
Use of Pramipexole
To test theories that Pramipexolemay possibly regulate and control motor functions, scientist used mice that had been suffering from Parkinson’s disease. The mice afflicted with this disorder showed to have movement problems that a dopamine agonist should help.
Animal test subjects, afflicted with other disorders are being used in research to determine if Pramipexole will help them. This may include restless leg syndrome, however,it has been found that sometimes when using Pramipexole on mice that suffer from restless leg syndrome their symptoms would get worse.
Pramipexole Side Effects
It has also been found that there are a number of negative side effects that are also associated with Pramipexole. Side effects such as these are common in research peptides and liquids. It is important to note that some of these negative side effects are more serious than others and researchers should be careful when dosing animal test subjects.

- Dark or red urine
- Muscle soreness
- Muscle weakness
- Muscle tightness

- Dry mouth

- Rapid weight gain
It has also shown to increase urges in animal test subjects, such as an increase in sexual desire and eating odd things. Some animal test subjects have been found to be afflicted with hallucinations from Pramipexole usage, but this tends to happen when the animals are older.
Pramipexole is currently in the research phase and any study or usage should be performed in a laboratory setting. It is not currently approved or safe for human usage. While a lot has been discovered about the mechanics and side effects of Pramipexole using animal studies, more studies are needed before any firm conclusions can be reached.
