Do you sell these products for human consumption?
ABSOLUTELY NOT FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION/USE. Under no circumstances do we advocate using our products for anything other than legitimate research applications. Familiarize yourself with the Terms of Service before ordering.
Can you assist me with information regarding how to use your products, for my research?
No, we are a research supply company. This is information you should already know before ordering. If you need help or information regarding the ordering or shipping process please let us know and we will be happy to help.
Why did I receive an email stating that I’ve been banned and cannot place any orders?
If during communication there is a implication of human use or other actions that violate our terms and conditions you will be placed on our banned list and our system will block you and decline any future orders. Once a client has been placed on this list they cannot be removed.
Ordering
Will I receive a confirmation email after I place my order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes of placing your order. If you do not please check your spam folder.
Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
eDebitDirect Rapid ACH
eDebitDirect has partnered up with Yodlee to create a fast and secure payment using ACH. Yodlee is a secure company that will encrypt all sensitive information so you the customer can securely log into your accounts, then eDebitDirect will use ACH payment to issue payments on behalf of the customer.
eDebitDirect will only submit a payment against your account if the customer creates an order with Rasa Research or if the customer gives consent to Rasa Research to submit a payment.
Payments usually take 24 hours to complete but on weekends and holidays. Payments can take up to 4 business days to complete. Please make sure for weekend orders and holiday orders that you have the funds available until the following two business days.

Bitcoin
You can now use Bitcoin or other crypto to pay for your order. Bitcoin is a secure and discrete virtual currency. Please send me your HASH ID when you submit payment for confirmation. If you do not send me your confirmation ID, your order will sit in “On Hold” or gets cancelled after 1 week after order placed.
Why is my transaction being declined?
Secure eCheck Payment
Your bank account information did not match correctly. Please ensure you have the correct routing and account numbers.
Bitcoin
Make sure that you sent the EXACT amount of Bitcoins to our Bitcoin wallet address. If you sent the wrong amount it will decline the charge.
Shipping
Where will my order ship from?
All orders ship from our USA based fulfillment center.
I gave you the wrong address/zip code, what do I do?
If you provide the wrong address/zip code or name for shipping and your package could not be delivered, it will be considered lost and there is a 50% reship fee as this has nothing to do with us. Please provide the right information.
Do I get a delivery confirmation number with my order?
Every order gets the tracking number from an email from USPS.com.
How fast do you ship products?
Orders placed before 2pm CST will be shipped that day. Orders after 2pm CST will be shipped the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Do you ship international?
No, we only ship within the USA.
How much is shipping?
Shipping in the continental USA costs:
$6.00 for USPS First Class
For all orders $150 and over you can choose the free USPS Priority method at checkout.
$10.00 for USPS Priority
$35.00 for USPS Express 1-2 day – For this shipment option, you must check off the box to take responsibility for your order package. We will offer this to our customers but only in these conditions. If you order over 50 bottles of research product, the Express shipment will disable itself due to having to create multiple shipping labels. Any questions for shipping, you can go to our Contact Us page and send us a message. Adult signature is required for all Express shipping orders. No Refunds or Reships for this shipping method.
Will I need to sign for my order?
For most orders you will not. If you choose the Express shipment option or have an order subtotal over $300 it will include signature confirmation.
Express Shipment will require Adult Signature unless customer sends us a request to not add this protection option.
Rasa Insurance
Rasa insurance is $.98 per $100.
If you do not purchase the Insurance and your package gets lost in Transit, the package is lost and nothing I can do for you.
If package is lost/broken in Transit and you have paid for the insurance, email me at [email protected] .
Express Shipping 1-2 Day
To receive this option, you must take full responsibility of your order. You must take full responsibility if there are any damages to the items in package or lost/stolen. Rasa Research will not refund or reship your order even if you pay the Rasa Research Insurance. Express shipping requires an adults signature.

Do the products actually contain the amount of chemicals they claim?
We make sure that each bottle contains a minimum of that concentration.
