RETURN/REFUND POLICY We will accept returns if it is due to damage that is our fault or manufacturers defects. The items that we sell are chemicals and peptides and as such could degrade if improperly handled. As a result we are unable to resell products once they have left our warehouse. There are certain extenuating circumstances where we will accept returns of unopened research chemicals. The return must be within 15 days of the time of the purchase. RETURN/RESHIP POLICY With purchase of Rasa Shipping Insurance at a rate of $0.98 per $100, we will reship a returned package once. Should any shipping complications happen during the reshipment process, Rasa Research will not proceed with a third attempt. In these cases, customers will be responsible for covering the full shipping expenses along with fifty percent of the cost of the items ordered. Please note that returned order items are not eligible for reshipment. Additionally, all reshipped products are new, as we cannot guarantee the condition of the previously shipped items due to unknown factors during transit.
Please do not email us after researching the entire bottle and tell us it wasn’t good. This is like eating dinner and at the end of the meal complaining that it was cold. We will not honor emails asking for this. If there is a legitimate issue then we will fix it. We only ask that you work with us on ensuring that our company remains safe against people who would be less than truthful in their accounts. Peptides on the other hand, due to their fragile nature and us being unable to monitor how they were handled when they were out of our care, could possibly degrade. We prefer not to accept returns of peptides due to this fact. Although we will listen to all cases should the need arise. Please CONTACT US to discuss this. If A refund is deemed necessary then we will manually refund your transaction or the appropriate amount for the returned items.
Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on the no sell list. Refunds will only be issued after the items have been returned to us. Please always contact us first because most issues can be resolved very easily.
